Adult Tennis
The club offer a whole host of coaching, competitive and social opportunities for adults throughout the week. The team of coaches also offer individual lessons, which can be tailored to one, two or three people, which sometimes suits groups of friends looking to play together.
On joining the club, each player is given a free assessment with one of the coaching team. The coach will advise of the best FREE social sessions and group activities to get involved in and will also be able to provide contact details of the team captains, should you be keen to represent the club in one the various leagues; local, regional and national.
James Thomas also runs a couple of Cardio tennis sessions each week; Cardio is like an aerobics session on a tennis court, with music, low compression balls and lots of fun exercises to keep the heart pumping.
There are also several beginner/improver sessions for those new to the game or just returning after a break. There are several sessions during the week and at weekends, so please
contact reception for further details of days and times.
Social sessions run throughout the week; courts are block booked at certain times, so you just need to pitch up and mix in. Each session is aimed at different abilities, so ask a coach to point you in the right direction.
